I made some homemade oatmeal cookies. This batch is raisin-free only because my daughter doesn't care for raisins. I can't wait to make the next batch!

Pretzel Time

This was my first attempt making homemade pretzels. They came out pretty tasty. I think I may be making more in the near future.

Strawberries n Cream

I recently had a request for a dozen strawberry cupcakes. I ended up making homemade strawberry cupcakes filled with strawberry filling in the middle and topped with cream cheese frosting and a freshly sliced strawberry. My customer loved them!!

Dulce de Leche Brownies

After making these Dulce de Leche Brownies, I don't think I could eat a plain brownie again. These brownies came out so moist and gooey.... makes me want to make another batch right now. These brownies went pretty fast in my house!

Happy Birthday to My Love!

Earlier this month was my husband's birthday. I made him a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting topped with chocolate dipped strawberries. Practice makes perfect!!!

Chocolate Mint and Churro Cupcakes

In December, I had customers order some Chocolate Mint Cupcakes and Churro Cupcakes. I'm getting better making everything homemade (no boxed cake mixes). These two types were very popular and the customers enjoyed them!

The Chocolate Mint cupcake is a chocolate cupcake with a hint of mint topped with buttercream frosting.
The Churro Cupcake is a dulce de leche and cinnamon cupcake topped with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting and a star shaped churro on top.

Birthday Cupcake Order - Fish Theme

A friend of ours contacted me, asking if I could make 2 dozen "fish themed" cupcakes for her son's 3rd birthday. I was thrilled at the fact that this was my first themed order! The cupcakes came out so cute!

Beer + Cupcake = Yum!

A group of friends, my husband and I went to the Saint Arnold's Brewery a month ago. I wanted to make a cupcake that included a beer in the ingredients. I came across a beer that this brewery makes which is called Santos. So, I made a chocolate stout cupcake with cream cheese frosting! They were a hit!!!

Getting Back on Track

Hey folks! Sorry I haven't been blogging in a few weeks. I've got so much to update you on!!! I will be posting more in the next few days... PROMISE!! Happy New Year and I hope you all have had a wonderful holiday. Here are a few hints of what I've got in store for you, so keep checking back!

I've been in the kitchen the past few weeks making mini pies, homemade brownies, Churro Cupcakes, Chocolate Mint Cupcakes and tonight... Oatmeal Cookies!
